It depends on the type of content. Some content, like menus, change every day as new menus are pertinent. Others like events and information, change weekly or monthly. Rest assured that we will adjust the schedule to fit your needs as part of our service!

No, we are month to month. You can stop anytime with a 30 day advance notice. And your one time set up charge up front, includes your first and last month payments. 

If you ever stop, we offer to buy back your media player as long as it is in working condition.

We find it better to turn the attached TV on and off with the TV remote. The media player remains on 24/7 which allows after hours software updates if needed.

No. The media player downloads any changes daily and caches the content. So it does not "pull" data continually. If a change is made outside of the regularly scheduled morning update, it is pushed out to the player immediately and shows on the board. 

Our players have been tested and designed for continuous and long term use. However they are mechanical and do occasionally break. Most of the time, we can correct the issue remotely. however on occasion the player is not reparable or needs hands on repair.

If this happens while you are a client, don't worry. We will replace your player with a new one at no extra charge to you!
